Abstract Submission Guideline

• All congress abstracts must be submitted online via the "Online Submission System."
• Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Technical Program Committee.
• All presenters are required to register and pay the registration fee.
• Please read the guidelines carefully before submitting your abstract.

   Fill out abstract contents in the system and click the submit button

Submission Guideline

• You are required to submit abstract via Online Abstract Submission System.
• Please input your abstract into the system directly.(Faxed or emailed abstracts will not be accepted.)
• Abstracts must be written in clear English and submitted prior to 21 April, 2023.
• Abstracts should be no more than 300 words.
• When you insert the image, we suggest setting the image width to 300 or less.
• Abstract should be written in 1 pages, single column and space on A4 sized format.
• Each accepted abstract should be enrolled by either the presenting author or co-author.
• It is the author's responsibility to ensure that their text does not contain typos or grammatical errors.
• Before the submission, please select your preferred type of your presentation. (Oral or Poster)
• If you do not receive the email confirmation, it means we have no record on our system. If you are sure you made a submission, please check your submission information on “My Page”
• The accepted presentation and type will be notified after review process accordingly.

Notification of Acceptance

• All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Technical Program Committee according to the review procedures.
• Notification of acceptance will be sent by email to the presenting author, corresponding author and submitter in mid-April, 2023.

Withdrawal Policy

• If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by 30 April, 2023, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.
• If you would like to withdraw an abstract, please notify the GCIM2023 Secretariat as soon as possible.
