1. If you need a template, you can download it from the official website and use it freely.

   • 4 x 3 : Template
   • 16x9 : Template

   * Use this template if necessary

2. Please prepare presentation materials in PowerPoint or PDF format. (4:3 or 16:9)

2. Presentation Time

* Detailed time and place for individual speaker can be found on the program Detail.

3. Preparation

1. Save the file on USB and bring it directly to the console in the lecture room.
   *The secretariat does not collect it.
2. The presenter should arrive at least 15 minutes before the session begins and inform the chair and staff.
3. Make sure to check the file operation (compatibility) after you upload the presentation file to the prepared laptop in the room.
4. If your presentation file contains videos and audio, we recommend that you check for technical issues in advance.

4. Precautions

1. Please keep the presentation time. If the presentation time is exceeded, the presentation may be terminated at the discretion of the chairperson.
2. Please do your best for the presentation and Q&A time.
3. It is not possible to change the date and time of the presentation after notice the abstract.
